Chances of Success: using the vetdrop system (based on actual work results) High

Horse late treatment:

'Spat' - 'Spavin' is a collective name for arthritic diseases of the ankle.

It is important to work with the veterinarian. The vet must recognize the problem as osteoarthritis.

Vetdrop is effective in treating osteoarthritis because the product is delivered to the joints in small amounts and is very efficient. A depot is built up, which is gradually passed on into the joint.

Treatment for osteoarthritis is tedious, but you will notice a difference in the animal within the first 2-3 weeks. The possibilities for improvement are greater with young animals and we have had so much success that the animals could be used again in top-class sport. The success is less in older animals, but the quality of life is definitely improved by the treatment.

If you have the opportunity to do a thermography, you can usually tell when the osteoarthritis is no longer active.
