Scope of application

Any use of this website offered by Vetdrop GmbH is permitted exclusively on the basis of these conditions. These General Terms of Use may be supplemented, modified or replaced in individual cases by further terms and conditions, e.g. for the purchase of products and/or services. By starting to use the website offered, the validity of these General Terms of Use in their respective version is accepted.

Responsibility for contents

Vetdrop GmbH publishes information and data ("contents") on this website. Vetdrop GmbH makes every effort to ensure that these contents are accurate. However, Vetdrop GmbH does not guarantee that the contents are up-to-date, correct and complete, or that the website is available at all times. The contents do not constitute individual advice and cannot replace such advice. Vetdrop GmbH reserves the right to change the contents of its website at any time. Every user of the website is required to check the contents before making a decision based on them.

Vetdrop GmbH is responsible for its own content on its website according to the general principles.

Published contributions of registered users

Registered users, as authors, can enter selected articles and images for treatments with Vetdrop. These become the property of VerDrop and can be published on this website or other media without further permission. The responsibility for the images and information regarding confidentiality lies with the author, i.e. names of animal patients should be entered as synonyms and images of treatments should not allow conclusions or recognition of the patient or their owner / keeper. In case of doubt, Vetdrop GmbH reserves the right to delete or edit them accordingly.

However, a registered user can only edit his own posts.

The public publication on this platform will then be taken over by Vetdrop.

Own services as well as websites and services of third parties

If Vetdrop GmbH offers its own services via the website, these General Terms and Conditions apply. Insofar as a contract is concluded with Vetdrop GmbH within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. AktG offers its own services via this website, the General Terms and Conditions of the respective affiliated company apply.

The website contains links to third party websites. Vetdrop GmbH assumes no responsibility for the content of third-party websites to which it merely refers, unless Vetdrop GmbH expressly adopts their content as its own. All of these third-party contents were checked when the link was first set up to determine whether they could give rise to any civil or criminal liability. However, it cannot be ruled out that the contents may be subsequently changed by the respective providers. Vetdrop GmbH does not constantly check the contents to which it refers by setting links for changes that could give rise to liability. Should you as a user become aware of legal infringements on linked websites, please inform us. If users of the website follow a link, the terms of use and general terms and conditions of the third party apply. If users of the website make use of services that are offered on a website of a third party, contractual relations are established exclusively with the respective third party and the user of the website.

The contents and works on this website created by Vetdrop GmbH are protected by copyright. The use, duplication, distribution, processing and any kind of exploitation of the contents and works, in particular the use of texts, parts of texts or image material, requires the prior consent of the rights holder, subject to any deviating mandatory legal regulations. This does not apply to the text and image material expressly offered for further distribution in the "Image database" section.

The image rights are - unless otherwise noted - held by Vetdrop and Fotolia.

Vetdrop GmbH is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the website or the contents of the website. The exclusion of liability does not apply to the liability of Vetdrop GmbH, its legal representatives, executive employees or vicarious agents under the Product Liability Act, due to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, due to the assumption of a guarantee of quality, due to fraudulent concealment of a defect or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, Vetdrop GmbH shall be liable for simple negligence, limited to such typical damages that were reasonably foreseeable for it at the time the contract was concluded.

Applicable law
